Right from the start of his career in the ink industry 34 years ago, Doug Anderson had to be a quick learner. “I was recruited in December 1979 by Bowers Printing Ink to run an in-plant,” Mr. Anderson said. “After spending a few months in the lab learning about color, I was assigned my first in-plant.
